MyVAC 201 is a combination vaccine of Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis viruses. It is a live vaccine in a freeze dried form. It is prepared from B1 type, B1 strain and Massachusetts type H120 strain and propagated in embryonated specific pathogen free (SPF) eggs.

MyVAC 201 can be given as primary vaccination as early as day old.
Oral route (drinking water) or spray method or intraocular.
Eye Drop or Nose Drop Method
1. Dissolve vaccine properly in a 30 ml sterile diluent.
2. Hold chicken with one eye facing up position.
3. Administer one drop of vaccine onto the eye(intraocular) of chickens.
Spray Method
1. Suitable for early vaccination (hatchery vaccination).
2. The volume of water for reconstitution should be sufficient to ensure even distribution when sprayed onto the birds.
3. Use suitable spray equipment with 100 - 300μ diameter of droplet size. The reconstituted vaccine should be sprayed evenly over all birds, at a distance of 30 – 60cm.
4. Make sure all chicks are wet after vaccination.
Drinking Water Method
1. Determine the flock water consumption over a 2 hours period.
2. If using tap water, make sure the water is free from chlorine by keeping it a day before usage or add 5g/L of skimmed milk powder.
3. Clean the water drinker or water tank and fill with sufficient fresh water. Reconstitute the vaccine.
4. Complete the vaccination within 2-hour period.

1. Store between 2–8°C (35–46°F) and avoid freezing.
2. Use all contents immediately after opening.
3. Any remaining unused contents should be inactivated prior to disposal.
4. Do not administer the vaccine within 21 days prior to slaughter.
5. Do not mix with other products unless specifically stated on the product label.
6. In the event of human exposure, seek medical attention promptly.
